SMEs handed over
stories that go on

Behind every SME we support, there is a successful business transfer, an owner passing the baton to their team or family, and a company that keeps growing.

Our holdings

The companies we have financed

We will unveil our holdings in January 2027

The number of completed deals and the companies we support will be made public on that date, with each owner's consent.

A single email, on announcement day. Nothing else.

Our model

What changes when an SME joins PurpleShares

A PurpleShares SME remains the company it was, whether taken over by its management team or by the next generation of the family. What changes comes down to four points, and nothing else.

01

Independence is preserved

No integration into a group, no merger with another entity. The company keeps its name, its teams and its local roots.

02

Governance becomes explicit

A board of directors, regular reporting, rules known to everyone. Management keeps full autonomy over day-to-day decisions.

03

The horizon is long

No five-year resale target, no exit date written into the contract. Decisions are made based on the company, not on a fund's timetable.

04

Ownership goes to the people who make the company

Gradually, over several years: to the management team and employees, or to the family. Our stake shrinks as theirs grows.

They have lived it

Those who handed over, those who took over

A seller's story

Handing over what you have built

“I wanted to hand my company over to someone who understood what we had built.”

Taking over your father's company

“I wanted to take over. What was missing was the financing, not the will.”

For their customers and partners

Working with an SME PurpleShares

A takeover always worries customers and suppliers. With us, a great deal stays exactly the same.

Continuity

The same points of contact

No restructuring, no offshoring. The teams who managed the account keep managing it.

Stability

A shareholder that stays

No change of management planned within three years. The business relationship is built to last.

Commitment

Committed buyers

Management team, employees or family: the people running the company also own it.

Who it is for

Who this model is for

You want to hand over

You run an SME and are looking for a clear transfer plan, respectful of what you have built, to your team or your family.

You want to take over

You work in the company or belong to the owner's family, and you want to take over. The capital and the support are in place.

Let's talk

Every SME has its story.
What matters is that it goes on.

Whether you are an owner, a buyer or an employee, the first conversation is confidential and without obligation.
