Success means the most
when it is Shared

PurpleShares is an investment company that acquires profitable SMEs and finances their buyout by a new management team or by the family. We commit our capital, support the new management and gradually transfer ownership to the teams.

PurpleShares in a few words

Identify, acquire and
support

We buy SMEs from retiring owners to organize their gradual transfer to employees, or we finance the takeover by the next family generation.

In practice

  1. 01

    We buy or we finance

Direct takeover of the SME, or financing of the family transfer when a successor has been identified.

  2. 02

    We put governance in place

Supported management, regular committees and clear rules to ensure business continuity.

  3. 03

We open up ownership to employees

Gradually, over several years, to the teams that run the company day to day.

This model aligns the interests of the owner, the employees and PurpleShares around a single goal: growing the company over the long term.

What matters

Our values

Three principles that shape every one of our deals and our relationship with owners, employees and families.

Sharing

We share knowledge, opportunities and value. Success means more when it is spread among those who built it.

Pragmatic ambition

We want to lastingly transform the SME landscape, without unrealistic promises. Our credibility is built on the deals we complete.

Accessibility

We remain a human, reachable partner, far from the rigid codes of traditional finance. Rigorous on substance, straightforward in the relationship.

Our purpose

Our mission

Take over solid SMEs and organize their gradual transfer to the people who keep them running, whether employees or family.

We support owners who wish to hand over their company, guaranteeing three things at every stage of the deal.

Business continuity

The company keeps growing, with no disruption for its customers.

Job preservation

Teams and know-how stay in the region.

Value sharing

The value created goes back to those who produce it.

Our ambition

Our vision

Bring about a business transfer model where SMEs no longer disappear for lack of a buyer.

Where they keep growing in the hands of those who run them day to day: their employees, or the next generation of the family.

In the long run, contribute to an economy made up of companies that are more sustainable, more committed and more broadly owned.

Our origins

Our story

PurpleShares was born from a personal story.

The story of a silent injustice: owners who devote their lives to building a solid SME, then find no satisfactory way to hand it over. Our fathers, business owners themselves, lived this reality. Years of work, close-knit teams, recognized know-how, and when the time came to pass the baton, no obvious option.

PurpleShares was founded on this observation in 2024, with a simple conviction: the best business transfer is one to the people who already keep the company running.

Concrete results

Our impact

What we measure, deal after deal.

Preserve

Companies built over decades

Each SME we take over continues its activity under supported leadership.

Maintain

Know-how and jobs in the region

No offshoring, no break-up: the company stays where it was built.

Share

The value created with those who produce it

Ownership gradually opens up to employees, year after year.

Every SME has its story. What matters is that it continues.

Whether you are an owner, a buyer or an employee, the first conversation is confidential and without obligation.
