The selection process includes 2 interviews with the team and management of the SME.
After selection, we finance a 4w training program to prepare you for the takeover of the SME.
​
You will have a 3 month trial period to become familiar with the SME and the objectives of PurpleShares.
​
You'll then be appointed Captain of the company.
